all bookings require A non-refundable deposit of £250 per person to secure a place on this retreat.

please only apply if you are expecting to get in, as once accepted a payment details for the deposit or full amount will be sent immediately.

Payment Options

Guests may choose one of the following payment options:

Option 1: Payment Plan

  • Payments are to be made in equal instalments via bank transfer, starting with the initial deposit.

  • Instalments must be completed in full by 4th october 2026 (1 month before the retreat)

Option 2: Pay in Full (Bonus Included)

  • Guests who WISH TO PAY the full balance upfront will receive a complimentary 45-minute 1:1 Pilates and/or sound session with Katie at 360, to be scheduled before or after the retreat.

*please note there will be no alcohol provided at the retreat house.

DAY 1

MENU IS PROVISIONAL DEPENDING ON STOCKS AND AMOUNTS

WELCOME Dinner

Starter: Baked local asparagus, miso butter, tamarind vinegArette.

Main: whipped ricotta ravioli, Lemon, bottarga, champagne lemon velouté, crispy leek.

Dessert: white truffle semi freddo, agave roasted pecan, amaretto biscuit, morello cherries.

DAY 2

Brunch

Shakshuka, baked eggs, spiced tomato ragu, roasted peppers, smoke paprika, homemade sourdough.

Dinner

starter: Warm miso broth with small pieces of tofu, wakame & spring onions

Main: housemade sushi by you! + Grilled chicken or leek and aubergine skewers in yakitori sauce + sides

Dessert: Sesame sponge, matcha tea ice cream, sesame tuilles, chocolate popcorn, yuzu creme fraiche.

DAY 3

Brunch

coconut french toast with spiced roasted PINEAPPLE.

Dinner

Starter: BBQ honey charred heritage carrots, whipped ricotTa, Greek olivE oil, oregano, harissa oil carrot top pesto.

Main: asparagus and sweet pea risotto, brown butter foam, parmesan shard, baked asparagus, lemon zest.

Dessert: Winter berry Eton mess, Chantilly cream, red berry coulis, verbena.

DAY 4

FINAL Breakfast

Potato, spring onion breakfast pancakes, smoked bacon, eggs, spiced ketchup.

ALso including breakfasts first thing WITH A SMALL CONTINENTAL, JUICES, HOMEMADE GRANOLA AND YOGURT

PLENTY OF PRE-BRUNCH, LUNCH AND SNACK OPTIONS WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED AS WELL AS SOME NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK OPTIONS
