IMPORTANT UPDATES

12-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Bookings cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment will be automatically charged a £5 Cancellation Fee. You will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Lateness: Warm-ups are important so we highly suggest you do your best to get here on time, but we understand sometimes life gets in the way. If you are over 9 minutes late for a class, you will be refused entry, with no compensation.

No-show Policy: No-shows will be automatically charged a £10 No-show Fee. You will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Class Attire: Grippy socks must be worn during all Reformer Pilates classes. We sell some here if you do not have any. Please also refrain from wearing leggings or shorts with zips as these may damage the upholstery on the machines. We do have mats to go on the reformers incase you do have zips.

Filming/Social Media: Please note that you may be filmed for the use of social media. If you would rather not be in any content please notify a member of staff of this when you arrive for your class.

Health & Safety: Please notify us of any allergies at least 24 hours before any beauty, massage or facial treatments.

Inform us of any extreme or related medical conditions prior to using the sauna, attending classes, events, or receiving treatments.

Liability: Failure to disclose relevant medical or health information may increase your risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
