I have a background as a lettings consultant which has shaped my people skills, organisation, and creative eye. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me in the gym, discovering new restaurants in and around London, and spending quality time with friends and family.

I’m one of the baristas here at 360, and I also help out with hosting to make sure everyone feels welcome the moment they walk in. I love creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, whether I’m making your matcha, coffee or chatting at the counter. I’m currently in sixth form and when I’m not studying, you’ll probably find me experimenting with new outfits (I’m a bit of a fashion lover), or hanging out with friends.

You’ll find me behind the coffee machine or stepping in for cover shifts, making sure everything runs smoothly. Outside of the café, I’m chasing my big dream to become an actor. Whether I’m rehearsing lines, working on new characters, or performing in local productions, acting is where I feel most alive. I love being part of a creative, community-focused, inspiring space like 360 Pilates Café, where i can meet like-minded individuals.

I have been a pharmacist for 25 years and hold a diploma in aesthetic medicine. I will only recommend treatments that I feel will be natural and effective for you.

I am a passionate mat Pilates teacher with a strong foundation in holistic health. With years of experience as a meditation guide, sound healing practitioner, and certified health coach, I bring a grounded and integrative approach to movement. I teach classical Pilates with a twist.
