This relaxed 30-minute walk focuses on breathing, awareness, and being present in the moment. It’s the perfect way to start your weekend feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed. drinks are available in our cafe before and after the walk!
During the walk, Katie will guide you through simple mindfulness techniques while we move at an easy pace, giving you a chance to connect with others!
